Conflict Management
Most disagreements, disputes and even wars, are can be measured on the scale of conflict between people, families communities, corporations, Countries and so on.
Conflicts are generally a threat to peace, harmonious relationships and stability in the society; hence particularly and primarily affects the Family.
A Masterclass study study shows that; All conflict falls into two basic categories: internal and external.
Internal conflict is when a character struggles with their own opposing desires or beliefs. It happens within them, and it drives their development as a character.
External conflict sets a character against something or someone beyond their control.
External conflicts arise as outward roadblocks and often provide the motivation for relationships, struggles and stimulates action.
The International Family Foundation is focused on a few of the known external conflicts which are:
Man vs. Man
Man vs. Society.
Man vs. Environment.
Our aim is to initiate the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflict while increasing the positive aspects of conflict. And also to enhance learning and group outcomes, while our ultimate goal is not to decide which person is right or wrong; the goal is to reach a solution that everyone can live with. Looking first for needs, rather than solutions, being a tool for generating win/win options.
