A. Membership Induction Training.

At IFF, we clearly communicate our goals, objectives, mission, and vision to our volunteers and potential members.

This is done through our periodic INDUCTION TRAINNING PROGRAMS, where certificates of participation are issued.

This is geared towards equipping them with our core values and standards, so as to optimize both input and output, minimize misrepresentation and maintain our service standards to our partners and especially the public, whom we graciously serve.

In a bid to further equip our volunteers and members for services they may be engaged in, we provide them with more knowledge, technical skills, and capacity to perform their roles. Some of these trainings are from our technical partners while others are designed and mostly offset by the foundation.
